Our actions may be interpreted by others as you
being a bad person, intolerant, unreasonable or
inconsiderate of their feelings. For this reason you
may avoid becoming angry and put up with a
situation that your frustrated and not happy

acting is a result of fear of loosing control of
yourself, or causing the other person to loose

anger is released the words and actions make no

selfish, but that's not a reason to not get angry as
we don't have to get it right all the time. We
express anger to show how much we are hurt, in
particular when some one doesn't take us
seriously or disregards our concerns as being
