Karma Karma follows the laws of actions followed by consequences, and is often associated with Hinduism, Buddhism and new age thought. In its simplest form it is the universal law of cause and effect. Karma takes into consideration past lives and therefore explains the reason for reincarnation. Following the principles of Karma people are the results of their past experiences, relationships and deeds.
